That made me wonder whether his instinct to be direct and head towards the goal has been coached out of him at this point. We always ask him to go provide width.

There’s instruction and there’s having the football IQ to know the right thing to do.

If your general instructions are to stay wide but in a counter attacking situation you know cutting inside will lead to a goalscoring opportunity there’s no coach in the world that would tell you to run to the corner flag

Jorgi being largely secure as a single pivot, is almost unbelievable if you think about it.

He played at Newcastle as well I recall.

Martinelli needs to calm down a bit, he's just overdoing it a little.

Left wing now becoming an issue along with left 8 tbh.

ESR is miles better than Havertz. Just never available...

You need players like ESR to break low blocks. None of our other players can do what he does except maybe Ødegaard

Very intelligent player tbh, for someone as slow as him to be be passable in the PL speaks to his quality.

Unfortunately all it requires is one slip up so he has to be perfect.

He's always been a single pivot player. You just need midfielders around him that'll cover spaces. Euro winning Italy side was the best example of it with Verratti and Barella surrounding Jorginho.

Henderson does some weird things in the goal. He seems to be regressing. Is Inaki Cana moonlighting as his coach?

When I arrived, an Arsenal share was worth £800; it subsequently rose continuously in value and by the time I left it stood at £17,000.
