We got Özil and then someone like Giroud, that's a big drop.
As is Iwobi, Ox, Theo compared to Sanchez.

You learn a lot more about managers when they don't have the richest team, when they get a stack of injuries and when luck goes against them. Simeone and Wenger are two best managers with the qualities to overcome these setbacks. Wenger with all those difficulties last season and even with the fans against him, still gets 2nd.
