Keeping my eye on you mate, cheap posting
Why is it cheap posting? I'm not blaming Wenger for something that's out of his control, it's literally his job to have the team prepared for the 1st game of the season. It's become a constant theme having so many players unavailable for a number of reasons:
13/14:
Arsène Wenger has insisted there will be no last-minute trolley dash for signings like there was two years ago when five players joined in the closing hours of the transfer window for nearly £30million.

The Arsenal manager has come in for criticism from fans over a lack of activity despite possessing vast cash reserves – and faces the prospect of having only 11 fit first-team players for the visit of Aston Villa tomorrow.

Yes, there are some things that are out of Wenger's control but he does have influence over how much injury prone players train. Over these seasons, who's picking these injuries? It's been Arteta, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Ramsey most often, that should tell you something. It would also help if he did the necessary business in the summer to boost the depth and avoid these situations, especially when you know beforehand that international tournaments will affect how quickly your players get back.

Wipe the sweat from your brow, Leicester also suffering CM injury woes, , On top of Drinkwater their new signing Vicente Iborra out with groin problem, remaining CMs are, Wilfred Ndidi, Matty James, Andy King and Daniel Amartey, though the latter has played all of pre-season in defence.

Which one of them has never scored a goal at the highest level? Goal of the season contender incoming!

Am I doing this right?!

im a little concerned. leicester will come to park and counter, and im not convinced our offensive options can break them down easily.

welbeck and iwobi lack end product, walcott is bad against buses, lacazette is still adjusting so he ghosts for long periods, and elneny doesnt provide much firepower in the final third. i feel that we may need to start with giroud and lump balls into him via oxlade and kolasinac.

Nervy 2-1 win written all over this.
Lacazette opens the scoring, Mahrez wins pen & Vardy converts just before half time. Walcott to score a late winner

Not disagreeing with any of that

Just saying, other than maybe Ramsey, non of the players missing can be attributed to preseason over training this year.

3 recent knocks, 1suspension, 3 long term from last season, 2 late back, 1 muscular.

depressing really, wait all of two months to see your favourite team and players play only to find that they are not fit for the opening game.
