Feared Crystanbul karma was going to bit me, but it worked out well.

Brb.. off to troll Liverpool pals about chucking it away at Crystal Palace!

We won a football game. Away from home. I'll take that.

Alexis obviously MoM. Super game from the great little Chilean.

Jack is looking better and better too.

Apart from a couple of errors Bellerin played well today. If Laca had been further forward he might have converted one or two.

Much better.

He was ok. That stupid play to try to head the ball around the player instead of just punting it led to their second goal though, totally needless.

I like xhaka-jack-Özil all central- we move everything round clockwise with all that left foot in there and teams just are not used to it

We should be very grateful for the three points. After the results elsewhere nothing else would have been acceptable. Now we really need to start putting teams to the sword.

We were lucky with the chances that CP had, especially Zaha missing his header out so close from goal. Only good thing Bellerin did all game was a slight push in the back when Zaha went for his header.

Generally overall decent performance by the majority of the team. The subs were useless and actually worked completely against Arsenal.

Mustafi been our best defender. The others massively off form specially bellerin I think he should benched for Niles. He just been pethatic the 2nd goal we conceded because of him giving the ball away by over dribbling

At 3-1 up Wenger played into Palace's hands by taking off Lacazette for Coquelin.

We lost our purpose at that point and had neither a focal point not width high up the pitch.

All we did was invite pressure and hope that we had the numbers to deal with it.

How Bellerin can be that bad defensively? Offensively he was better today, but especially Zaha run everytime behind him.

Chambers was solid, good with the ball, but struggled with the pace of Zaha. Mustafi was the best in the back.

Xhaka and Wilshere was great, Sanchez MotM (best game this season) and Laca and Özil worked well.

Palace was 8 games unbeaten, it's a good away win. They had two shots on goal, two goals.

Well we won. The GD should have been better and yet again, we are suspect defensively. On a cold night away from home, I'll take this result but boy did we make it more nervy than it needed to be. Bellerin was decent going forward but awful when behind the ball! The same mistake was made every time. We need to sharpen up at both ends but finally our MF looks functional lol.

Arsenal Quotes

The coach's role is to make the player understand everything that serves the interest of the game. To do this he must speak to the child within each player, to the adolescent he was and the adult he is now. Too often a coach tends only to speak to the adult, issuing commands for performance, for victory, for reflection, to the detriment of the child who is playing for pleasure, living in the present.
