Looks like they are refreshing the squad with Perrin & Can joining. Guess significant wages saved on some of the outgoings help.

Pjanic is another top talent who moved to Juve for a cheapish fee from Roma!
Absolute skanks, Higuain is the only deal they seem to have paid a decent figure for in the last few years, even Dybala was cheap, why dont these clubs make them pay through the nose just for being in the same league?
They win the league each year, decent following and also go deep in the CL, these lower level clubs could be making a killing off them but they seem to give them low fee's and first dibs, find it very strange.

You know the level that the most ardent supporters of Ramsey think he's at? Sergej is actually a level above that in real life but 4-5 inches taller, stronger, faster and with almost Pogba level dribbling ability. He's an absolute monster. Someone brought him up last summer and so I watched a few of his matches for Lazio this season which happened to be kind of a breakout year for him. He's got everything. Even at his size he's explosive when he wants to get forward. I dislike player comparisons immensely but there's a whiff of Gullit to his game. If he moved to the PL you're talking about Matic, Fabinho and maybe Pogba if he's in the right frame of mind who could live with him physically and that's for the moment because he's still rapidly improving.

Guy seems like a monster, I did remember you speaking about him at some point in the past.
He’s probably out of our reach but we’re always capable of a shock, I guess if Ramsey leaves then there could be some truth to this.

Was just thinking again: Ramsey, Xhaka, Torreira, SMS, Adli, AMN - that's like the best set of midfielders in the league. Plus all still young and hence this area would be absolutely settled for close to a decade.

I'm not as familiar with Torreira but based on what people on here are saying about him and his style of play I think if by some miracle we could add those 2 this summer we'd pretty much assure ourselves of a top 4 spot barring major injuries and we might even challenge for 2nd.
