It's always strange to me that some relegated teams are terrible because they have no good players, while some relegated teams are terrible despite having some good players. This Norwich side is littered with highly-rated young players for example, Fulham last year too had many good players, or Bournemouth this year, but sometimes they just sink like a lead balloon.
