Don't know why fans wants us to spend this summer, this is like a new signing.

This was a piece of really good news. Thank God that we don't have to try to find another goal keeper this summer on top of everything.

Also hope Leno learns from this and starts protecting himself more. Time for the leading knee into jumps like that. A striker can have a go, but it will be while jeopardising a knee to the teeth...

Massive relief. Lets hope for a proper recovery though. If he comes back well we should consider making him permanent captain.

Good news if his recovery goes to plan. Get well soon Leno and be more assertive in your box when you're back.

I was looking for some more details on what the final diagnosis on the injury was, haven’t been able to find anything. Does anyone know?

With all our holes everywhere GK is the last place I would spend money on now. We need something in CM and CB. Forget changes at GK.

Was nice reading the team news today. Looks like the knee is mending well. With Emi doing well nice to know we have two competent keepers going into next season.

Bernd Leno
Right knee. Sustained moderate ligament sprain during Brighton & Hove (a) on June 20. Progressing very well in recovery. Aiming to return to full training before the end of the season.
