Issue with Pepe is that you have to think carefully before you modify your body.

Hes a 6 foot tall winger, you don’t want to give up even more pace/agility to your fullback by bulking up. Could do some core work for sure though.

He definitely has an unbalanced muscle mass, that needs sorted.

Core and strengthening his back muscles is something that he needs to sort.
He also looks very weird while running, so he might get in touch with a sprinter to help him with his chaotic form.
