West Ham won without Wilshere (and Perez who refused to leave the warmth of the dug out). Embarrassing for him and West Ham have a problem with what to do with him.

Damn, his ankles must be structurally damaged after years of problems. He's just going to be prone to sprains like this no matter what it seems.

Glad we got rid of both. Shame we couldn't get a fee for Jack. But right decision. Pathetic by Perez. 20m we paid for that skid mark.

West Ham coach caught with the 'I'm not racist but' brigade.
West Ham are under pressure to take action after one of their youth coaches [Mark Phillips] said he went on a march organised by the Democratic Football Lads Alliance, a group condemned by anti-racism campaigners.

This is the second time that West Ham have been rocked by controversy this year. Tony Henry lost his job as their head of recruitment after making inappropriate comments about African footballers in February.

just increased his transfer value by loads

His transfer value is probably still the same, I don’t think it’s so much the fact players are English, Welsh or Irish. It’s whether or not they’re home grown that really counts.

they looking to get rid of Pellegrini already?

Would be stupid imo. It's this yearly fire and hire that gets teams like Everton and West Ham nowhere. A bit of personal and tactical consistency over two or three year periods with the same manager while working on the squad with clear ideas in place would do them good. You shouldn't cling to managers who don't deliver forever, but ffs, with shambolic squads like e.g. West Ham's at least give these guys two seasons. They're under no pressure to win stuff anyway.

The problem with West Ham is that they think they're a big club when they clearly aren't. They've never achieved anything. They're mid-table club, end of. I'm not sure what they were expecting from Pellegrini. They have some decent players but nothing brilliant. Their recruitment in general has been pretty mediocre for quite a number of years. They also set a dangerous precedent by sacking Big Sam despite having a decent season considering they were in the championship not too long before that.
