Pep has turned mediocre players like otamendi and Delphi into title winning defenders. Look at the performances of city players for the national teams compared to how they play for city, guardiola's an amazing coach. The way they play out from the back seamlessly is coaching.

Point is that he was never manager of some mediocore teams with limited budgets. Not saying he isn't good, but Carlo also always had good teams under his belt, because Milan was great under him.

Why not? He’ll do as he’s told, Raul is his boss.
Ancelotti is a different breed, just like Wenger or Ferguson was.

Anyways, i am not sure if Ancelotti would say yes if he got the offer, managers who gets sacked mid season usually wants a break until they take on a new challenge.

Ancelloti was reportedly after Leno, Tierney, Torreira and Pepe so it's good that he rates a number of the players.
