In all honesty tho, if we're not willing to commit to a project, it's better we get someone like Carlo, who for all his faults, has some gravitas still.

Being thrown into the deep with no plan and an executive team that just hotchpotches a team left right and center might be too much for a young manager like Viera or an unnexperienced one like Arteta.
