    What sort of meals do you plan? Trying to get back into shape for my uni swim team but it's the diet not the actual training I struggle with.

    Nothing outrageous. I wake up, have a bowl of porridge slightly sweetened, maybe a cup of coffee with it. Then usually train after my lectures, then I eat two chicken breasts and a sweet potato. If I'm still peckish later on I have tea and biscuits or something.

    I've cut the consistent takeaways out (and as a result have saved loads of money) I drink water with my meals, for snacks and such try popcorn, it's really light and it doesn't taste like ****, like those low fat crisps or whatever.

    Grilled steak is nice, have that with a bit of mash or something. I was always under the impression good food tasted sheight but I couldn't be more wrong! As long as your meat is well seasoned you can eat healthier and enjoy eating still.
