Almunia: 6, nothing to do.
Sagna: 6, unlucky to be subbed but someone had to come off.
Gallas: 6, tried his trademark #10 defender style runs again... to no effect.
Toure: 7, thanks for the goal but shaky start.
Clichy: 6, good-ish

Eboue: 6, not a winger that's for sure. Much better as RB and was probably the most threatening player in the first half which is really sad.
Cesc: 5, stop the hollywood passes and show more composure in the box.
Flamini: 6, good.
Hleb: 5, some nice passes which led to good chances but overall he was disappointing.

Robin: 5, rusty.
Ade: 5, wake up, stop those stupid back passes for the love of god, and take more shots if you want to get your 30 goals.

Bendtner: 5, got into good positions but didn't receive the ball much.
Theo: 5 good pace but needs to work on crossing and decision making.
Senderos: 25, good job.

almunia 6 - did what he needed to
sagna 6 - solid as usual
toure 6 - could argue he was at fault for the 1st goal but he also scored ours.
gallas 6 - did well
clichy 5 - gave the ball away far to much and was poor going forward.
eboue 5 - closest this guy got to a goal was when he didnt mean it, stop falling over in the box.
flamini 7 - worked his nuts off trying to improve the teams performance
fabregas 6 - saw plenty of the ball but didnt do much with it
hleb 5 - poor today i thought
ade 5 - rubbish, his first touch passing is horrible
van persie 5 - coming back, tough defense to play against

bendtner 5 - didnt have any impact but difficult circumstances
theo 6 - few good runs and a few decent crosses put in

ade-3- first touch was atrocious, and the only reason that his second touch asnt as bad was because his first touch left the ball so far away from him that he never got a second, wrongly disalowed a goal though..if we're gonna put up with such atrocious all round play he must be scoring goals- he's not of late

I wouldn't have rated AW that highly to be honest - didn't see a lot to change the complexion of the game apart from the usual late subs & it was just more of the same after the break - don't recall seeing our usual increase in tempo until very very late.

Probably the best ratings of the lot.

the team simply let Boro into the game too early. Giving them confidence. Not the best idea for a team struggling. Wenger got it completely wrong.

Almunia - 6 - Launched a few accurate long throws to set up quick counters.
Sagna - 6 - Solid
Kolo - 6
Gallas - 5 - This may sound harsh, but I think Gllas has the blame for Alidiere's goal. When Schwarz kicked the ball, Kolo was about racing with Suncay but he stopped a bit. Maybe due to Gallas' shouting instruction. But this is common among the communication between CBs and not the main problem. The main problem was, when I watching from the goal angle (from Almunia's back), Gallas got NO hold of Aliadiere's off-ball movement and positioning in these critical seconds. He literally watched Aliadiere from running offside to his scoring position. Quite awful to say the least.
Clichy - 6
Cesc - 6 - He seems just unable to slot the ball past the keeper with his left foot, eh? His second miss in one-on-one against keeper in the second game.
Flamini - 7 - monsterous simply by his presence. Many times his pressing simply drove Boro players' passing the ball backward deep and hard.
Eboue - 6 - did well in this game. Just not clinical with his final balls.
Hleb - 5 - tried hard. I am surprised by his energy displayed in this game. His legs didn't look tied TBH. But clearly his passes and controls were not up to the standard he put early this season.
RvP - 4 - the main culprit for disrupting the attacking flow. Looked very rusty. Unable to read his teammates' movement and time his passes to the receivers.
Ade - 5 - tried hard as usual.

Theo - 6 - looked becoming more and more confident
Bendtner - 5 - He had a few split-second advantages with his headers. Just couldn't guide the ball.

Wenger - 6 - Did the right substitutions and changes. Some people might criticise he breaking up the Senderos-Gallas partnership but I am not sure about that.
