Winter break is such a poor idea, the PL now is just another peasant league. Not even needed now if the idea was to make teams more competitive in Europe thanks to the new CL rules.

Yes it was.

I remember the media here in Australia were rather confident, thought Ballack getting injured gave them a chance.

They'd never heard of guys like Özil, Muller and Khedira, thought they were no namers.
