Racism/homophobia etc has always been there, sometimes very openly other times hiding in plain sight...but unfortunately there will always be scumbags like this.

I feel since 2016 it's been very in your face, with the way Brexit and Trump becoming president happened, people realised still how bad it still is and how many of these people still exist.

Not sure how this is going to work out. Got taken down hard by reality during his Monaco tenure, went to the MLS and seems to have done alright. But so did Vieira and that didn't 100% translate to European football.

That said, good decision to join a championship club (atm) instead of immediately going to a top league again. All the best.

Bournemouth will be expecting promotion and they've dropped out to 6th. Lots of pressure for Thierry, think he'll be sacked by the end of the season if they're not in contention. This doesn't strike me as a "project" appointment.

Chris Wilder has been swerved by Sheffield United. Love him or hate him, I think it's a travesty. I know they've struggled this season but what he did with them the past few seasons was miraculous

The wheels may have come off this season, but there's not many better. And he should have had a chance to rebuild and go for promotion next season.
