Get closer to top of the table and back on title race
Bellerin Gabriel Koscielny Monreal
Chamberlain Özil Alexis
We're gunna chat **** and get banged, 1-4.
Time to take our Title back.
Theo needs to play here, deserving or not.
Leicester's CBs can't keep up with his counterattacks, as we saw in our 5-2 thrashing.
So basically @THunter's lineup with that change. Would give Chamberlain another start as payment for his goal, might finally be returning to form. We can't stop his run now.
We can't be a serious club and allow Leicester to win the title.
Wow...Biggest game I can remember for some time. The ramifications either way are huge.
Win - Straight back in this title race, only 2 points from the top.
Draw - Leaving ourselves a lot to do with a 5 point gap.
Lose - Might as well pack up our bags and go home. We aren't pulling back 8 points and superior goal difference.
This will be a completely different game. Leicester will sit deep and attack us on the counter. Giroud scores more than Theo, and is a big threat off set pieces. He must start.
We are the better counter-attacking team, and must capitalize on it. We must counter their counters, it is what brought us such success last time around.
Leicester won't play the same way they did when we beat the last time. They sit now like they did at City and hit on the break.
Edit: Basically what @Sweggeh said
Leicester DO NOT have good records against Arsenal whatsoever in our entire head to head history we come out with much higher win ratio. We spanked them 2-5 this season wouldn't be surprised with the same type of score line regardless how bad were playing.
Feel confident about this one.
I think taking the win from bournmouth has got that particular losing streak monkey off our back, kind of optimistic that we'll put in a better performance.
Leicester could probably try their antics from the last game we played, and get away with it.
That's how **** we are right now.
Ours to lose this, we are superior to Leicester regardless, and should make them come out and play. First goal HUGE.
No way we score 5 anyway.
Will be tight I think. Liverpool showed how to play them at Anfield.
Happy for Leicester to sit back and play on the break, think we'll beat them comfortably.
You're stupid if you think Leicester will adapt their game to play us the 'mighty Arsenal'. Every team thought they'd adapt their game but instead they just played their game and smashed everyone. Playing the Donkey upfront will be playing into their hands. We'll have no way to counter them with pace and they'll be dominating on the pitch and score sheet.
Giroud scores because the team is setup for his benefit, we'd score more goals like Ox's with Theo in the middle.
City thought they were superior too, see how that worked out?
First goal mate, its all about that goal.
If you score first, you will be comfortable. But if you dont, we are going to make you come out and play, and pick you off.
That is what next week is about.
One thing you wont do, and that is take us on like you did last time. Even though we are garbage. That keeps you in it for sure.
Citys record vs top 6 is abysmal. How they fared means nothing, they are useless right now.
This is gonna be verrrrrrry interesting.
