 we are really missing Walcottt a bloke that will just make runs off the ball behind the defence over and over again .

We've missed Theo ever since he got crocked. I mean, we really really do miss him.

Nasri's almost as fast as him but doesn't make the same movement off the ball.

I noticed on twitter during the match that it was fashionable to hate on Denilson even though he done nothing wrong. Strangely he's tweaked his game and was taking on people and leading charges forward.

Diaby was beyond **** yet again, not that it seems to matter to folks much.

All in all, we've learned that our squad lacks viable options for very important players (Fabregas and Walcott).

Also when Nasri players anywhere but LWF, van Persie drifts out wide too far.

Well, there were games when teams were parking the bus and Walcott was kinda useless as he simply did not have anywhere to run.

Walcott is great when opponents play openly, but once they stay back most of the time, Walcott struggles a lot in the same way as all other our players.

Sabre denilson is poor. Accept it
I'm all for him being replaced in the summer. But he was decent/good in this match.
he was still up to his usual shenanigans for both the goals. For the 1st goal, as the DM he gets skinned yet Diaby comes from way behind him to put a recovery tackle in. 2nd goal, he actually STANDS STILL after Valencia skins him. He has absolutely no use. None whatsoever

the thing is, a lot of players who lack in the talent department, (kuyt, nolan, fletcher, flamini etc) can compensate for this well by adding a massive workrate to their game. The problem with people like Denilson is that they dont.

To sum up the game :

Their strategy was just give the ball to us to play around and then we will score the goal on the break.....

Same like the team that give us trouble in the past...

That's all......
