Have been telling this before. Both Xhaka and Mustafi are similar characters in this aspect. They are both narcissists. They don't accept the mistakes they make. This means they are never going to improve. Players can improve even at the age over 30 if they accept their shortcomings and work on them. Players like Xhaka and Mustafi will be at the same level throughout their careers if not worse.
Poor acceleration, poor agility. Have to be smart to mitigate that IMO. Xhaka is not a particularly clever footballer, regardless of how well he passes.
