Sheeyite! Hope he recovers completely
Can't imagine what posters would have said this. Oh, wait i can. No names given though.People were saying he was soft for going off with "just" a dislocation as well.
Why it would need surgery if nothing broken?
Feel for the lad. He seemed desperate to impress for us. Just when he was getting back to full fitness he gets a set back like this.
Wish he was as tough as people on herePeople were saying he was soft for going off with "just" a dislocation as well.
You guys are funny. Tierney will be our first choice for years.
Walcott had that same problem and the surgery solved it. Tierney probably should have done it when he did the other one in the summer.Depending on the severity of the dislocation the soft tissue and tendons around the joint can be severely stretched or torn. Surgery is often required to "tighten" everything up and prevent the shoulder from becoming a liability.
Many athletes initially choose to forego surgery and use physical therapy to strengthen and tighten the area, but will be extremely prone to re-injury or subluxation.
His main problem has been the groin/hip problem which he had surgery to correct. You assured me he wasn't injury prone...
