@Gunners4life amazing how you rate Arteta on Pep's words but you don't rate Emery who has just been praised by Pep... Yes the same Pep.

'His career speaks for itself, did it perfect in Spain with many teams – Valencia, Sevilla - and did it really well in France. Welcome to England, another good manager is coming here.'

Keep trying, lad.
Also amazing that he wants Arteta as a trailblazer and the next best thing but poo poos 2 upfront because it's not what everyone else is doing. Not ignoring purely for amusement value. Love who his hangers on are too...

Hopefully he asked big Stan and Little Josh for some more money.

Press conference at 2pm with Unai/Gazidis.

Can't wait for water bottle tutorials on how he'll drive the club forward. Wenger in as translator?

Lovely stuff.

Dint get why people are saying he failed at PSG the poison challis of football.

I guess everyone e who has managed at Real Madrid or Chelsea has failed because ultimately they get sacked.
I'm happy with the new manager

As I said they making him world class and he yet to manage a club. Unbelievable isn't

I'm not saying it's going to happen, I don't have a clue about how Arteta will eventually turn out as a a manager - which is exactly why I didn't want him at Arsenal. But they way he's hyped up right now to be some sort of Guardiola-Supreme and the best manager in the world without having managed, it's going to be so off the mark ridiculous if he turns out like Ayestaran, Clement, Di Matteo or Meulensteen, plumbing through one spanish midtable club after another.

Arteta is forever indebdted to the PR show Arsenal gifted him. Best manager in the world already without one game managed. Elite marketing.

At the end of the day in his first season he did fail at PSG. You're expected to win the league every season. Monaco did have a freak season, but he failed.
