The thing you've got to remember about Blatter is he's as bent as his mentor Havelange.

None of his ideas are aimed at being for the good of football, but for the good of creating more revenue for his brown envelopes so he can bribe the world again to get re-elected.

You know, Sir Stanley Rous may have had his faults, but he's the last president FIFA had who gave a toss about football.

Here's to the european clubs under UEFA telling FIFA to f... off and break away from this anacronism. At least Johanssen is a football man (and an Arsenal fan...).

If teams are level at the end of a game there should be a Soccer AM style dance-off. The refs and liners would appoint marks for the various degrees of breakdancing that they have witnessed. Not only would this entertain the crowd but surely the team with the best 'robot' deserves to win any game.
