Apparently hes considering retirement from International football after the Euro 2008. I dont have a link but I saw it on Sky Sports news so there must be something to it.

That probably wouldn't be a bad idea for Henry; he'll be a bit too old for the WC and this way he can maximise the years he has left at club level and manage those niggly injuries he has, which are chronic I think. As a bonus, he could then come clean about his birthday.

Can't see him giving up just yet, to be honest — too much pride and all that — but I certainly won't rule out the possibility of him considering such option.

seen this on the bbc website

Newcastle, Manchester City and Arsenal all want Thierry Henry but new Barcelona coach Josep Guardiola will not let him leave. (Daily Star)
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/footbal ... efault.stm

it makes you laugh that the daily star would think that we would be after Thierry if he ever came back to Arsenal as a player it would cause all sorts of problems,
i can't see his ego allowing him to be a bit part player as his body probably would not be able to take the demands of the premier league now and i don't think that he would be able to come back and have the other players looking up to him with awe any more.

I’ve told Dave to cut off his ponytail. I think it makes him less aerodynamic.
