Although I do question Gazidis and statdna given what wenger said in the past about signings. Paraphrasing as a manager he signs his players as managers are under enough pressure without players being bought by someone else.

That must be before statDNA and when Gazidis start taking power from Wenger. Read somewhere Wenger wanted Griezmann when at Real Sociedad and got veto-ed by statDNA.

**** mustafi but let's save a little hate for luiz. How ****ing stupid!
A goal down at 20 mins is not the match over. A goal down with 10 men is over. And torreira was covering. Idiot

Don’t think taking off Martinelli in a situation where every player needs to put in 30% more effort is the right call......wonder if Arteta has changed his mind?

the rules are murky. he made an attempt to get the ball and it wasnt a clear opportunity as there was a defender on the line. It could have been a yellow and for decisions like that the ref should use his monitor.

Abraham was through on goal, 7 yards out. Luiz shoved him over and as Abraham fell out of the way waved a pathetic leg at the ball.

As I said before, if it happens 1v1 with the GK it’s a red too.

It’s a deliberate foul to deny the goal scoring opportunity. A red card by the book.

Not a yellow. Deliberate fouls to deny scoring opportunities are still red. He didn’t attempt to get the right side of the player, he didn’t attempt to play the ball.

Pretty sure they changed the rule this year so that you don't get double punishment.

Outside the box it's a red, inside it's a yellow.
