It's make it or break it time for Gibbs. Injuries slowed him down but he's 25 years old and now is the time he should be hitting his prime. His biggest asset is his pace which is important for a full back but he lacks quality in the final third and is suspect defensively. He gets into good positions as well but just doesn't take advantage of it as much as he should. He hasn't once reached the heights that Clichy (who was also frustrating in the attacking third) and Cole did.
