I was mostly messing about but Lampard is a statistical monster; probably one of the best premiership players ever on that basis.

Absolutely. Lampard is pretty amazing all around, not just at racking up stats. He's getting constantly overlooked for some reason.

He's probably also feeling knackered having played every game for us in the PL/CL, and coming off 2 games in the international break.
