Mikel should be included as part of the bumigos until he proves otherwise. Not sure why he gets a pass?
Why? He's just the coach. Head of Football and Managing Director employ him. They're paid to make the decisions. Mikel's paid to try and make that bum team tick.

When the manager of a car dealership decides to over charge for the cars, you don't blame the salesman for not being able to sell them.

Assuming Josh Kroenke is interested in what's best for Arsenal (big assumption, I know, but the alternative is this club continues to rot until they finally sell it), he should fire these three idiots immediately. Same goes for the contract specialist that can't even get an academy kid to sign a contract.

We should move towards a Bayern model (they don't have a rich owner, nor does the Bundesliga get the same kind of TV money as the EPL. I will give you that they're getting CL money). Get experienced FOOTBALL people into management (not just coaching). Bring back club legends that understand what Arsenal means. I would bring back Arsène (he'd dump the FIFA gig if he knew he could help the club), put him on the Board, then bring in someone like Bergkamp as well (I'm pretty sure he'd have good opinions & has an ego to stand up to Wenger). Both would also help Arteta (I'm assuming he has enough of a backbone to stand up to them on issues, and is humble enough to take their ideas & criticisms).

The senior players also need to be completely gutted, starting with Özil. Pay him his $17 million (he either gets it now in one lump some, or doled out over the course of the next year - not a big difference) and tell him to leave.

This wouldn't be a quick fix. We'll likely be mid-table for a few years (longer if the youth don't develop as hoped). It is better than the current course we are on, however.

KT, Pepe, Saliba, Martinelli, Luiz (Kolscielny replacement)

You would have to say, looking at it now that it's our best window in recent memory?

We are going to need every bit of that again this summer and more to fix this squad. But those panicking that we are clueless. Are we perhaps pinning too much on the current leadership and not enough on the previous? - just a thought after watching Pepe and KT impress today.

Can it be if the manager sacked by Christmas & so low in the league?

We need to help the manager far more than Emery got that window. They missed his main targets according to Emery & opted to sign defenders either injured or for the next season when we could not really afford either. How he never got any defensive minded midfielders looks crazy as well.

Forget about Bayern, they have unlimited asscess to a pool of footballing talent we can only dream about.

There's certainly a very fair argument that's we signed a RW when a midfielder would have been a better option. In fairness, Ceballos has been underwhelming. Personally, given the mediocrity of our squad I place more importance on spending it on good players even if they weren't necessarily our most important position, assuming we weren't able to get the right sort of midfielders in.

This summer it's glaringly obvious that midfield is where we need to spend, and if we lose by Auba & Lacazette we will want a CF.
