the staff need a change, the club needs to be refreshed.

A reshuffle of positioning, new coaching blood, new tacticians, whatever, something needs to happen. We need to get rid of the baggage both in talent and mentally, otherwise we'll never win anything. I don't think we need wholesale changes, but this team is starting to look very stale, and I'm seriously concerned about the lack of passion from some of our youngsters. They love their friends and the team, which is fine on most nights, but they don't love the club like Sol does, like Henry did, etc.

When Sol was pumping his fist after just going 2-0 down, Diaby was walking around with his usual nonchalant face and with his shoulders hunched forward. That's not good enough. It's why I don't understand people who complain about Gallas. He might moan a bit, but he's fired up when he plays and he ****ing cares about winning. He shouts and screams at people - which is what we need right now.

The staff need a change? The only staff that need changing are the playing staff and Wenger. Maybe the physios as well. Pat Rice can stay as far as I'm concerned and Brady and Bould. The new Groundsman is up to scratch so maybe a pay rise there. The stewards no, they are mostly ****s. Hill-Wood and Diamond Danny hopefully they will leave. Pair of wankers.

After that you have Boro Primorac. Seems to be AW's right hand man. He will leave if AW does. Banfield is an honest guy worth keeping for reserves although maybe a promotion for Bould is on the cards. Gazidis gets a love in on here everyday, not that he has done much since coming in bar make speeches. The food is poor get new caterers.

Do you really think these guys care that we just lost to Sp**s?
