I don't even find this post to be kneejerk or hyperbole, it's spot on.
This whole season watching the cup games and the matches where more kids feature has been an absolute blessing.

Think Martinez and Tierney are two of the players I like most at the club at the moment! Backing them big time!
I might be unfair on our starting cbs and cms because maybe its all Emery fault but man they are so dysfunctional all the time. Just glad to see them rotated in lesser game hence I enjoy it a bit more!

There could well be other non-footballing reasons for his constant omission which we have not been a party to. You must admit it is extremely perplexing, well beyond the normal "manager drops player" scenario.

Club should be honest and say he isn't part of the plans, not fair to throw a good servant like Özil under the bus by leaking weird stories about him not hitting fitness targets - which are one week later contradicted a little by Raul.

Sorry my bad he was practically invisible, hardly did anything positive all game. He doesn't deserve a start after that dross. Let him sit it out and get hungry again to do well in the next game.
