almunia - missed the goal, if he didnt get to it cos he was hurt, then he's responsible for not taking himself off

    sagna - 7
toure - 8 - king kolo is back in form
gallas - 7 - hope the injury is minor, we need him
clichy - 7 - looked like the old clichy in 2nd half

    walcott - 5 - meh
fabregas - 6 - AM role indulges him too much, thinks he can get away with not defending
    song - 7.5 - defended well
    denilson - 6
    nasri - 6

adebayor - 7 - what a goal, mightve single-handedly won us the tie if we progress

    fabianski - 8 - flawless
    djourou - 7

i do wonder how much the goal influences ade's ratings in this thread. he was absolutely abysmal for most of the match...

of course it does, he single-handedly got us a result and the crucial away goal!!! thats the point of the game! how often do we moan about not having a player who can change a game with a moment of brilliance? well, ade gave us a moment of brilliance tonight.

My 8 is mainly for the goal the importance of it and the brilliance of it. he doesn't deserve more than a 6 otherwise

Tricky to do ratings when in the first half I'd have given everyone very low marks, and based just on the 2nd half most would get at least 7s.

I did not see the first half, but considering the ratings here Denilson must have been atrocious. Personally I thought he was absolutely top notch in the second. Won the ball, and looked as comfortable on the ball as I've ever seen him.
