Defensive midfield is gonna look interesting in the Asia cup. As is the striker position - Welbeck's injury opens the door for a few attackers.

Bielik wasn't present at the training either, so maybe he's going on loan or is injured.

Kind of disappointed with Gnabry not cutting his holiday short like Chambers despite both of them playing about the same little amount at the Euros. Hope it's because he is going on loan.

Its his holiday, nothing wrong there, but is also going on loan while Chambers has a chance to impress once again and play

No Welington is a bit of surprise.

Nice to see 95% of the team there from day 1.

Chambers has come back early to go on tour, disappointed Gnabry hasn't though, he hardly played last season and had one sub appearance in the u21 tournament.

Ominous news for Wellington maybe, never expected him to make it here but not going to Singapore is a killer blow.

I watched some highlights of Willock against Holland u18's or something and he was incredible, heard Barca wanted to sign him as well so I'll be looking forward to seeing what he can do.

Gnabry appears to be choosing the easy option which is disappointing for a youngster who wants to make it, hopefully it's because he's going on loan and not by personal choice.

Out of those you'd imagine the following won't play a part next year:

Ospina (sold)
Campbell (sold)
Sanogo (loan)
Jenkinson (loan)
Hayden (reserves)
Bielik (reserves)
Wellington (sold/loan)

Bielik hasn't been training yet, don't know if he's injured or something else but thats why he isn't going

So gnabry /Bielik in particular would be interesting but they were playing u21 tournament in summer so they get an extended rest

Sanogo not going?

What sensational news. Wellington not going is a disappointment though. Still, the likes of Cech, Özil, Ox, Wilsh, Rambo etc all going is good news. Won't have to wait long to see them in action. This is Özil's first pre-season with us if I'm not wrong? After being promised the no.10 role for the upcoming season, he should have fire in his belly to prove to everyone why he's the best.

Wednesday can't come quick enough!

Interesting that Hayden isn't going, any injuries or anything? Got a feeling the club don't think he's the level we need especially with Chambers ahead of him and he turns 21 this season.

I think he had a serious injury last season. He seems to have stalled on his progress similarly to many other English youngsters who were sold to lower league: Frimpong, Yennaris, Eastmond, JET, etc...
