I see a good manager in Bergkamp, I mean I wouldn't have him replace Wenger or anything but I would follow his progress if he ever did become a manager in his own right.

Agreed, did well at both Fulham and WBA, the England managers job ruins reputations though.

Think the board can spend some money and seek advice from people in the football community on what to do or what model to follow post Wenger.

I'm not sure a new manager coming in and doing everything is the right way.

I don't want to be rude, but the idea that Thierry Henry is on there is something I find fairly problematic. He is not qualified for the job, while there are other managers who've achieved a lot in football, like Rafa Benitez who haven't made that list.
