Definitely something he would say. I believe youYou defo said it. You’re just gonna lie now?
I was talking about he’s never been clinical, isn’t a natural goalscorer, asked to stop playing up front for Brazil, called himself a winger etc etc
You said it’ll be different at Arsenal as the main man.
Do you not think he was a massive part of our form and quality of football up until the World Cup?You defo said it. You’re just gonna lie now?

But we were playing well and winning games no?Jesus had 11 appearances before the World Cup he didn’t score in
Yes and as fans when we winning we don’t look deeper on things and it glosses over everythingBut we were playing well and winning games no?
Toney scored 20, 6 of which were penalties. Another 7 from set pieces. Now, I get, goals are goals, but for context, that’s 7 he’s scored from open play.Jesus is just mediocre in my opinion. Not bad but not great either.
We need a clinical striker 25 goals man. I would have took a punt on Toney but his ban has put paid to that.

Saliba and Muani having a w@nk-off in the changing rooms when we beat United at Old Toilet.I would like us to sign Kolo Muani
I’m not actually mad at Jesus. Rate him highly and think he could easily be a starter in a CL/PL winning side.Do you not think he was a massive part of our form and quality of football up until the World Cup?
Yeah, Judas is the only guy since Henry who could just decide we weren't losing that day and impose himself on the opposition to that extent. Alexis wasn't quite at that level but he was that sort of player in patches as well. We saw it really briefly in that FA Cup run with Auba too. We don't have that player in this squad. Every title winning side has at least one. Gundo turns into Zidane with a title on the line. Haaland certainly looks like he's going to score no matter how he's playing. Until we have a guy like that, it will be really hard to win the biggest prizes.I'd say since RvP, but yeah you're right about not having THE guy up top for a long time.
I wonder if that was part of the problem since coming back, he was highly motivated for the WC and has had trouble motivating himself back to those peak levels. He just doesn't seem to have the same intensity and fight since coming back, could be injury related also I guess. He is still a good player, but he was bordering on world class prior to WC.Yes. I am not going to judge him off the back of a meaningless game where the whole team is completely switched off and out of sync. I will judge him off what i saw while he was fully fit, pre World Cup, and that Jesus, i loved.
