Sanchez was a top player for us, contender for best Arsenal player to never play at Highbury...but he's not that player anymore, doing well in France ain't really proving much.

Let the past be the past with him.

Yes agreed, two years younger would have been worth a punt imo.

When did he not give a ****? He was excellent for a few years, won 4 FA Cups after he arrived, I think that’s the most any Arsenal player has.
When he signed that extension, more involved in politics ffs. Fortnite more interesting than football, fvck him!!

I have no problem with the way Alexis left, in all honesty. He was also heavily on the decline at the end of his tenure here so not missing out on much helped soften the below.

He was absolutely sublime for us and although he wanted to leave, I don’t remember him ever kicking up a big fuss publicly. Even when we blocked his 50/60m move to City that summer when it was all but sealed, don’t remember him causing massive issues.

I have much more animosity for departures like Cesc, RVP. ****ing snakes.

Arsenal Quotes

Thierry Henry was very quick at analysing everything that was going on and how he needed to react. This intelligence, this capacity to evaluate, understand and question oneself, is also the mark of great players... For everyone, for the fans and for us, he symbolised the golden age of Arsenal.
