They offer big wages and rotate often. Pep also changes his preferred options based on form quite a bit, last season Grealish was a fixture in the lineup but this season he was pretty much a non-factor. Same thing happened with Stones several times. It's also unclear, for example, who the preferred option at LB is between Aké and Gvardiol.With that logic how does City sign any players then?

We've only just gotten to the level where we look like a contender for everything, so we'll see if we can attract players the same way. Arteta doesn't rotate much so it's a more difficult sell. That's partially because he hasn't had great bench options though, obviously.
We currently have three City-like rotations: Martinelli-Trossard, Partey-Jorginho, Tomiyasu-Kiwior-Zinchenko.
