Feels like he really takes advantage of when a backline is literally on the back foot and out of shape.

Yeah, broken play in the box you want the ball to fall to him

Absolute CLUTCH player. Still think we are using him too wide and limiting him due to our system but he somehow always finds a way to arrive at the tap-in.

He's the Wiltord of the current team, can pay him no higher compliment.

Overshadowed kinda by others in our attack, but you can pretty much put him in any forward position and he's getting you something.

When our best ever team won a Double in.2002, everyone knows Sylvain scored the winner v United in the league...but what kinda goes under the radar is he also set up Parlour's opener in the cup v Chelsea, with a brilliant bit of play to skin Desailiy and open up the space for Ray...BIG moments.

He's just good whenever he plays really, love players like that.

All he deserves is a LOT of credit.

I would never have dreamed 2 years ago, and not even necessarily wanted Trossard and Havertz at all, yet they have literally helped drag us to the title whilst rotating with a way too small pool of starters.

If we win the title somehow, it is quite remarkable, and this guy is a HUGE part of why.

25m in this day and age for his output has been incredible. It's like paying upper championship prices and getting a champion.

I think at times his all round game can be a bit lacking.

But he consistently scores important goals for us. You can't ask for more than that.

One of our best signings in recent years.

Would it be rude to put in a list of people who wanted him out saying he's no good? A nice wall of shame is what this thread is missing

He has negative contribution in games. Absolutely disgustingly bad. He's too poor of a player to be that selfish, takes ages to make up his mind. Poor workrate. He's become the Brighton player he was before he downed tools over there. It's criminal that he's taking up ESR's minutes
Had to do it, my bad
