Here's hoping they beat us at home as comfortably as they've beaten Brighton, Bournemouth, Palace & Fulham.

It has fallen to me to shepherd our young, battle weary Gunners & will them on to see our last away match of the season in style.

It is to be the 32nd battle at Old Trafford between the two sides who, in the not-so-distant past, WERE the Premier League.

I say battle because no trip to Old Trafford has ever been a drab affair. Even when both clubs were cast into the wilderness.

Those titanic battles that did matter, usually swung the pelendulum towards the victor.

This legendary gunner knew what it's all about!!

We mustn't falter in the face of what is, undoubtedly, the worst United side since the PL era started. This is coupled with the fact they're being led by the worst United manager of said era & certainly the one most obsessed with us!!

God willing, it's a hard fought 3 points for us so that INEOS remains convinced Ten Hag is the way forward so he can fritter away another £400 million.

Manchester United 0 - Arsenal 2

You can say what you want. That’s why this is a forum. But ultimately, I have little time for people who almost purely focus on that latter Wenger years and forget the bigger picture in terms of his overall contribution to the transformation of this grand, grand old club that we love.

You can do both you know, if you can’t accept that he was poor in the latter years as well as appreciate the former years then that isn’t a well balanced view in my opinion.

I accept he was poor in the latter years. His love for the club got the better of him. But f**k me, he’s Herbert Chapman level. Step back and think of the bigger picture. Mate, just get p**sed when people talk down about him. Enjoy the remainder of your weekend. Basically, let’s remember the good times, not dwell on the bad. New era now.

So pathetic to moan about a victory at Old trafford. The only way united are dangerous is on the counter, and the reason they score goals is other teams being naive when playing them. Remember Villa outplaying them 2-0 up and gifting them a way back after getting too arrogant?

Thing is Rasmi's original point is categorically false. If this is the worst United team we've ever played at OT, the second worst was in 2016. The subs they brought on that day were Januzaj, Fosu-Mensah and some guy called James Weir. That was the day we allowed Rashford to score twice despite that match being his PL debut. We lost 3-2, despite being in the middle of a title race with Leicester, who we had just beaten the match before to close the gap to 2 points. We all thought that the title was on, and then we went and dropped that massive stinker.

Everything Rasmi slated Arteta for doing today while winning, Wenger actually did and lost. That's no disrespect to Wenger, he's a legend. It's just a fact we never had the requisite strength during his final few seasons.

What’s properly bugging me right now is that City are almost certain for a cup and league double. We play the best football. We are actually talked about more in the media. We for once are the neutrals team. But…we’ll likely have no silverware but City will. The bridge isn’t too far away. Liverpool will disintegrate. Us and City will battle the next few years. Mentally, we have to prepare for that because man for man (not squad) we’re close. Important summer.

Wenger has 3 league titles and plenty of fa cups. He changed Arsenal reputation across the world as one of the faces of beautiful football. If you wanna diss wenger to big up Arteta he better win leagues. Until he does his fans can shove all their duel stats and corner setup where the sun don’t shine

They’d have to make the difference of whatever we do against Everton whilst also getting +5 goals.

We’ll probably win 3 or 4-0 which means City would have to put 8/9 past West Ham.
Fraid not. They are currently outscoring us and the GD is down to three, they only need to outscore us by three. So if they get a draw at Sp uds we need to hold them to just a two goal advantage on the day. Beat Everton 1-0 and a 4-0 win against West Ham wins them the title on goals scored (3-0 and the title is ours). If we were able to score two goals more than them (they have two games we just have one) whilst keeping the same goal difference, then we'd win it on personal head to head.

Less said about this game the better, never seen so many of our players have games so far below their usual standards. Even if we bought our C game we would have won this 2 or 3-0 but we decided to drop 2/10 stinkers almost all across the pitch.

Anyway, we got the 3 pts and we're taking it to the last day, the result is all that matters.
