Just a thread for those of you wishing to keep track of confirmed transfers taking place over the summer - once a deal is official (i.e. confirmed by the clubs involved), just add it to this topic - as usual, please provide a link to support any story.

Cheers,

Asa

If You are interested Dinamo Zagreb signed Tomo Sokota quite a while ago for this summer.
They are also very convinced in signing Robert Kovac, apperently he wants to join. They will sign huge enigma, Franco Mango Guela, striker from Cote d'Ivore on Sunday. Anybody know more about this Guela guy?

Metzelder's transfer isn't official yet. Player himself only admitted he's leaving for sure. Never said where. No official announcement that he's signed for madrid already.

Like i said in the lobby, we not sign someone like Sidwell or even bloody Flamini for free?? They all do the same thing, run around alot with not much wit about them. How will they fit him with Scholes and Carrick. Fletcher is surely as good an option

Come on Hargreaves is not that bad,Flamini is too small and weak for a DM and Flecther is too slow and weak to be any good there, while Sidwell is not a DM...Man U have of course payed over the odds but Hargreaves pace will make them even more mobile and harder to keep the ball against, its a good singing just too expenisve, but there is no real risk it to it imo, which you take with say getting Muntari for £10mill..

Hargreaves is far superior to Flamini and Sidwell. They don't have to worry about where they will fit him; it's called having a strong squad.

Arsenal Quotes

I believe one of the best things about managing people is that we can influence lives in a positive way. That’s basically what a manager is about. When I can do that, I am very happy.
