First place I look is to see who the manager is. Obviously any successful team needs good players but you'll see very few great teams without a great manager.

Can't take it seriously if they place fraud Luis Enrique at no. 3.

Never forget his Roma days, any decent manager could have led that team to a good finish

Jose Mourinho is a great tactician, a master motivator and probably the best manager for short-term success but he doesn't belong in the 'Top 10 Best Managers of 2016'.

Seven months after leading Chelsea to the Premier League title, he found himself and the team in the relegation battle without losing any key players. The 2015/16 was the worst season in Mourinho's career as a manager and the worst start to a title defense in Premier League history.

Begrudgingly he still is regarded as one of the very best - however, he does have something to prove after the fiasco that was the 15/16 season. Personally I'd love him to continue the fiasco but it's hard to see it that way.
