First place I look is to see who the manager is. Obviously any successful team needs good players but you'll see very few great teams without a great manager.

Begrudgingly he still is regarded as one of the very best - however, he does have something to prove after the fiasco that was the 15/16 season. Personally I'd love him to continue the fiasco but it's hard to see it that way.
