Kaka, he makes football simple and has a fantastic shot.
He is the most proven player, but Diego, Robinho and Tevez are close, but they are not playing in Europe, so it's difficult to judge them

He came into the best side in europe aged 21 and because of him a proven seria a player in Rui Costa has become a substitute. Has scored 10 goals from midfield and probably has a few assists to his name.

Like Arjan said he makes everything seem so simple.

Ronaldinho is only young too. Yaya Toure may get on there too!

Pirlo, Sneijder, C. Ronaldo, Quaresma, Cavenaghi, Cisse and Adu are ones to mention too. Xabi Alonso too. Maybe this should just be best young attacking prospect?

i cant believe that you didnt include Kolo Toure in that list? granted he has only been playing regularly this year, but he has been a force and has won acclaim from everyone for his outstanding, calming play....

i wouldnt put Rooney on that list.. he has HOW many goals this year foe Everton? 6? he hasnt shown enough consistently to be put up there...

dont know about the bottom 4 on there to comment about them.... i would still say van der Vaart is right up there... he is fantastic.... but so is Toure, so is Reyes, so is Joaquin

Close between Kaka and Joaquin in my opinion, but Kaka gets my vote simply because he is an all round more talented player wheras Joaquin can't really play anywhere but RM, as far as I know anyway. Kaka is also playing in the CL and proving himself at that level which is important.

Ricardo Quaresma is also another possible candidate for that list, not sure if he's in the class of players like that though.
