Is sacking him a solution? is it going to change anything?

He’s out of his depth, don. I think there’s a good manager in there, but this job is too big for him. His inexperience and stubbornness in not changing things is sticking out like a sore thumb.

He HAS to be doing better with the player’s he’s got.

Do NOT start Eddie in the next match Arteta.

And if starting Willian, at least play him centrally like on the 2nd half (instead of fiddling around with the dumb 541 formation)
