Fwiw sacking Arteta now pretty much kills the youth players. Any new manager will want to come in hit the ground running otherwise they'll be sacked also. That means using players they know off and signing new players. Continually replacing managers is the best way to sideline those on the fringes.
One of many reasons why I keep saying a new manager wont change anything. Hopefully we agree on a new contract with Balogun.

It might kill them for 6 months which makes **** all difference because Arteta won't be using them for the next 6 months anyway.
