Remembering Havertz Missing 3 1v1s Against Villa
Yeah, we should’ve signed Haaland instead of Havertz.
There are at least 20 players in the world who are better number 9 than havertz.

Havertz won't even start for germany in the euros and they don't even have a natural striker ,and you expect arsenal to win any major trophies with him being the first choice striker?

If Trossard scored that tap in against Aston Villa, we’d be champions with a win on Sunday and you wouldn’t be saying this.

I was as big a critic of the Havertz signing as anyone on here last summer but he’s proven his value to the squad in 2024.

He scored a tap in and a penalty. Havertz would have scored both of them chances.
Why he didn't scored the many one-on-one chances he had against villa? Or why he didn't have a single shot on/off target against bayern in 180 mins?

Haaland has missed many chances for City in various games. Haaland was also rubbish against Madrid.

I get what you’re saying about a top forward, but a big reason why we turned it around this year was Havertz at no.9. If he played there from the start if the season we’d have won the league.

Havertz has become so overrated in here. Yes he improved a lot and he has contributed and will continue to do so. But if he is your nr 1 striker then you not winning leagues

If he played up front for us all season we’d have won the league.

I was originally in the I have no idea why we brought him here but I will be patient and then around November/December I started losing it on him and was cursing him out. Now, I love him lol

I agreed he is not even a striker though.

Yeah he went from being useless to now being good enough to leading the line for a league winning side. He is somewhere in the middle. Good squad player. Same with Alvarez. If Alvarez led the line all season instead of Haaland city don’t win the league. Doesn’t mean he is not good player

City won multiple league's scoring more than they are now, without a recognised striker. Not only that but Havertz is averaging more than a point a game as a PL striker, which is elite.

If only he didn't signed that Chelsea reject we wouldn't be dropping points at home to teams like Fulham, vila and west ham. However Arteta won't learn, he will keep playing that Chelsea reject next season and at the end blame totenham for not taking points off city
"The Chelsea reject" won us so many points this season. Are you stuck in the first half of the season when he was used as a CM?

Arsenal Quotes

The club changed so much, I changed with it and football has changed with us... But one thing never changes: the 90 minutes still belong to the player, 90 minutes during which he is king.
