It's not the mention of the Arsenal shirt that is particularly offensive.

But nearly every other front page I've seen tried to portray a message of defiance or praised the emergency sevices. The Sun on the other hand would rather focus on some minute detail because it gets them attention. All football clubs have bandied together after Hillsborough.

But enough people let these sort of issues slide and that's why they're still around today and will continue to profit off of other people's suffering.

Why ban them? They're the most irrelevant newspaper on the planet and nobody takes them seriously and anybody that does shouldn't be taken seriously either.

Sort of like SeppWurzl

A lot of people do take these rags seriously though, how else do you the Conservatives are possibly in power. They are literally voting against their best interests.

I think it should be banned anyway, not that there's much wrong with the headline.

What they said about Hillsborough was pure filth, to cover up for the sheer ineptitude of the Police.

Tabloid journalism is a stain on society, it effects and manipulates all level of intellect. I am not one for censorship, but they still have to be shown that there is consequence to their actions.

Liverpool have already shown that and Everton have backed their neighbour by banning "The Sun" from all things relating to the club, maybe We should do the same as a show of support. Not for the Jihadi headline but all the BS they make up, let's start demanding something better, to make things better.

Here is a petition to keep them out of the Arsenal!

Validate the Sun by some sort of boycott? o_O Who's really offended? If you are, you need help.

No. Do what you're supposed to do and keep laughing at them instead.

Does banning them, and I voted at the top of the page to ban them, actually galvanise their supporters.

If we're lucky and Wenger takes the lead by banning them from all press conferences maybe some other managers would follow suit. If we're really lucky the sun readers would get annoyed and decide to stay away in protest until Cross and the others are allowed back in to ask a stupid question

Fingers crossed

Second best selling paper in the UK behind the Daily Mail. Calling them invalid and irrelevant seems a little narrow minded.

Arsenal Quotes

As a club, we have an educational purpose: to give back to those people who love Arsenal so that they learn moral values from our game and how we behave.
