Agree with you, apart from wanting to see what Lucas could have offered. Surely we won't get a chance now and he will want to move on in the summer.
I think the Lucas ship has sailed tbh but there are enough games for that to change.

That was actually a typical performance but now he finally scored again Wenger needs to play him again v Saints and see if he can pick up the habit
I actually love Danny. Just donb't want to overdo the praise. He needs to do this more consistently. I agree he is always lively. But he was much more effective yesterday than he has been and I don't just mean the goals. He dragged their defense around like mad.

Danny played well yesterday, he wasn't outstanding by any means but offered much more than Giroud and should definitely be kept as our back up option next season. However reality tells you your not winning anything with him as your main striker.
