Eh. So so game. With a so so performance from most. Poor subs too, wrong timing.

Nicely done to get 3 goals regardless.

Spent most of the game on AMN watch. Promising signs but not enough to persuade Wenger to start ahead of Xhaka or Elneny, even though he has more ability. Too much nonchalance at times, possibly masking a lack of confidence.

Welbeck has had one injury too many and doesnt even have pace anymore. Nketiah should have come on way sooner. Didn't get a chance to do anything at all.

Pleased and disappointed at the same time.

Few observations from the game.

  • AMN should be starting over Xhaka. So much better positionally, has a great set of feet and is so cool under pressure, plays without fear.
  • Welbeck is dogshit. Needs selling in the summer. Would much rather see Nelson start in front of him.
  • Ospina should be starting over Cech.

Arsenal Quotes

When Patrick Vieira came over from AC Milan, he didn’t know a word of English. We gave him accommodation, phone, car and an English teacher. I talked to Patrick in fluent French and before a game I asked in French, can you speak a bit of English to me? Patrick nodded and replied: Tottenham are shit!
