Decision making needs work. He is a dangerous player once he gets that right. The only way the opposition deal with him is through fouls.

If we're not going to use Pepe in the box or just outside it, then we've wasted 72 mil, because he's not cut out for the type of football that has him sticking at the sidelines.
He'd get more space to operate if we'd be a counter attacking team, but for possession football he's not what you're looking for.
