That's the problem you deluded man. They aren't "accidents", they are a result of you not having any balance or structure to your team. You can change to your back five. Crap, weak defending is crap weak defending regardless of the formation. Address the issues, and if you can't, get somebody else to address them, and if you won't, then just piss off because you are harming the team.

Football's moved on. Either move with the times or stagnate.
