As a team we aren't very good in possession any more. In addition to this, there doesn't seem to be a lot of off the ball movement. We definitely don't set up in a way to get the best out of Özil, playing him as a wide forward is laughable.

He needs to be pulling the strings in cm or operating as a number 10, being incisive in the final third. I still think he as every bit as good as Silva and Kdb

We dont have the ballers in midfield, put Özil with a solid footballing pair of cm's and we are flying.
