Nah man chelsea are actually just development club at this point they should be wise spending money from now on and here they willing to put 55M on 17 years old no matter how amazing talent he is but they not in position to do this

West Ham would be a serious side if they somehow kept Paqueta and signed Toney.
Paqueta Bowen Kudus Toney front 4 can knock on the door of CL qualification in a good season, especially with a more attacking manager.
Would be a better front 4 than Chelsea United Newcastle and arguably Sp**s + Villa imo.
