Paul Joyce is most reliable English journalist at the moment he rarely cover us but he cover alot of English teams and he always spot on. If we interested in players from PL he'll be first one to report it.

Dont know much about Joyce but The Times is, just like The Guardian, generally reliable when they write about transfers. Tier 1 obviously.
